Yesterday, our Second Annual Green Hydrogen Congress took place in Antofagasta, and we are pleased to share the following conclusions:

• Great Turnout: The event attracted 200 attendees from across the regional green hydrogen (H2V) value chain, including project developers, authorities, suppliers, and academic representatives.
• High-Level Panels: The panels addressed national and regional H2V issues, focusing on crucial topics such as permits, infrastructure, and financing. Experts provided valuable insights and perspectives on the future of the industry in the region.
• Projects and Initiatives: Multiple H2V projects and initiatives in the region were presented, highlighting hydrogen, ammonia, and e-fuels. These presentations emphasized the progress and opportunities in the development of green hydrogen in Antofagasta.

One of the most notable moments of the congress was the presentation of the first hydrogen-powered bicycle in Chile. This innovation, along with the imminent arrival of a hydrogen-powered locomotive in the coming months, demonstrates that green hydrogen is a tangible reality in our region.
