Last week, H2 Antofagasta had an outstanding participation in RENMAD Chile 2023. Its director, Johan Dreyer, moderated two engaging discussion modules focused on the development of profitable green hydrogen (H2V) projects and financing strategies for these projects.
During these modules, crucial topics for the advancement of the H2V industry were addressed, focusing on how to make projects economically viable and best practices for financing them. The panelists, all renowned experts, shared their diverse perspectives and experiences, enriching the discussion and providing valuable insights for the future of this emerging industry.
H2 Antofagasta thanks the panelists Rossana Gaete Stagno, Asunción Borrás, Flavia Buitrago, Javier Ortiz de Zúñiga, Anthon Miers, Juan Pablo Rojas Zalazar, Brendan Wolters, Tomás Anuch Hott, and Mario Gómez for their contributions. Their knowledge and experiences are invaluable for the development of H2V in the region.
Although much remains to be done, Dreyer emphasized that significant progress has been made, from which necessary actions can be taken to solidify and position the H2V industry. He highlighted the importance of acting swiftly, reminding us that we are in a race toward the energy transition.
